5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All transactions on the money coming platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Players are responsible for ensuring they use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party payment sources are not permitted.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as processing times, are displayed in the payments section of your account dashboard and may change without prior notice. money coming does not charge processing fees on standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are subject to verification. money coming may request documentation to confirm your identity and payment method before processing a withdrawal. Deposits that cannot be attributed to a valid registered account will be returned to the originating payment source, less any applicable bank charges. money coming reserves the right to reverse transactions that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
The money coming platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or third-party outages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, money coming shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to system errors, data loss, or service interruptions.
money coming reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, suspected of fraud, or acting in a manner that is detrimental to other players or the platform. In such cases, money coming will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Account closure due to a proven breach of Terms may result in forfeiture of accumulated balances at money coming's discretion.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support. Any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard payment procedures prior to closure.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the money coming platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and design elements — is the property of money coming or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without prior written permission.
Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of platform content or any systematic extraction of data.
